Camp Themes
Cooler Kids Olympics:
Ready for a week full of fun active challenges? During our Cooler Kids Olympics week we will learn the basics of ice skating and hockey (we have gear for campers to borrow if needed, please be sure to indicate your child's sizes when registering), along with other fun games and activities to challenge your body and brain! Help build an obstacle course in the field for your fellow campers, compete in group challenges, and enjoy other summer sports outside!

Garden Gnomes:
During Garden Gnomes week, we will explore building, gardening, arts and crafts, and storytelling. In addition to our scheduled ice lessons and free play, we will build and plant a garden box. Students will learn about the insects that live in our soil and how they help decompose plant scraps into nutrients for new growth.

Watersheds, Wetlands, & Wildlife!
Throughout this week, we will learn about the animals inhabiting the Tualatin River Watershed and Wetlands. We will also explore the definition of a watershed and the vital role wetlands play in maintaining a healthy environment.

Games Galore:
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to play a video or board game in real life? This week, we will recreate games like "Angry Birds," "Candyland," and "Mario Kart" in the real world. We will also teach hockey basics alongside our standard ice lessons. Hockey gear will be provided for those who do not have their own.

Kids in the Kitchen:
Campers will practice culinary skills all week by preparing their own afternoon snacks. From "ants on a log" and pumpkin oatmeal bars to "dirt" pudding cups and sushi, there will be many opportunities to try new foods. Please notify us of any food allergies so we can adjust the menu accordingly.
