STICK & PUCK

What are Stick & Puck sessions?

Stick & Puck offers unstructured open ice time for players to sharpen their game outside of team practice. These sessions are specifically designed for you to work on individual skills like skating skills, stickhandling, and shooting.

These sessions are not a pick-up game, but open ice-time for hockey skill development. However, small skirmish games are allowed on one side of the ice, space permiting.

For safety and the best experience for all, skaters must be comfortable moving around the ice unassisted.
