STICK & PUCK SESSIONS
Winterhawks ICE Center Stick & Puck sessions provide players of all ages and skill levels with the opportunity to practice and develop their hockey skills in a relaxed and unstructured environment. Whether working on skating, shooting, passing, or puck control, participants can enjoy additional ice time in a safe, fun, and welcoming atmosphere.
Stick & Puck Session Rates
Stick & Puck offers unstructured open ice time for players to sharpen their game outside of team practice. These sessions are specifically designed for you to work on individual skills like skating skills, stickhandling, and shooting.

These sessions are not a pick-up game, but open ice-time for hockey skill development. However, small skirmish games are allowed on one side of the ice, space permitting. For safety and the best experience for all, skaters must be comfortable moving around the ice unassisted.
