Winterhawks ICE is excited to announce the launch of our brand-new group lesson curriculum, beginning in January 2025.
Our exciting new programming—featuring the Mini Hawks, Ice Hawks, and Adult Hawks series—was designed especially for Winterhawks ICE Centers and provides a progressive hybridization of the group lesson programs offered by our nation's two industry leaders, Learn to Skate USA and the Ice Sports Industry (ISI).
By blending the curriculums together, we are excited to revolutionize the way we teach skating and use strengths of each program to create a dynamic and effective learning journey for skaters of all ages and abilities.
What can you expect?
Progressive Skill Development: Our curriculum is carefully structured to ensure steady progress, from beginner to advanced. Each level builds directly on skills taught in the previous level, ensuring each skater's continued success.
Fun with the Fundamentals: Our experienced instructors are specially trained to make learning fun and exciting while emphasizing both proper technique and skater safety.
Personalized Attention: By providing room for flexibility, our new curriculum will allow each coach to tailor their lessons to each class's specific needs.
